Hi

I was upgraded last week to Virgin 1gb fibre, received new hub and Google WiFi is connected to the Virgin hub. I only get speeds around 800mb, that's the hub to google wifi connected speed.

The wifi around the house averages around 300mb.

Why am I not getting 1gb wired?

I don't understand all the information, could it be a problem with Virgin

Stats so far look okay for 1 gig but please include the data from the remaining tabs.

Sorry to hear about your issue, I've ran checks on our side and cannot see any power or signal levels out of specification and everything is showing perfect with the Hub. How has your connection been since your last post?
