For the last two weeks or so I have been unable to update or download any apps from the Google Play store on my phone over my Virgin broadband's wifi. They will update over the mobile network, and also over a friend's wifi network I tried, but not on my home virgin broadband wifi which makes me think it is something virgin wifi specific. I have tried resetting the Play Store cache etc but it makes no difference.

As a further bit of info, I just checked my son's and wife's phones (which are different to mine) and they have the same problem which tends to point to it being a Virgin/network related problem rather than a phone problem. Both update apps when on other WIFI networks or over the mobile network, but not from the Virgin broadband WIFI we have at home. Any advice on who to contact/how to get it looked in to would be welcome.
