Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the internet issues. Is the router on and if so are there any lights on the hub currently? 

 

The reason I ask is the system isn't able to connect to it for diagnostic purposes currently.

The router led is yellow. not sure how long its been yellow but i know its been few days if not since I was told to reset the router last week.

The yellow LED is 'apparently' a WiFi issue...

Looking at the stats you can see the T3 timeouts - but power levels and SNR seem to be fine!

VM staff would need to take a look at this and decide next action!

Thanks for coming back to us. I've now been able to do some further checks a few of the downstream levels are showing out of spec on our system. This requires an engineer visit so I'll PM you to get the details

Engineer came today at 8am, had look outside and inside and replaced parts outside and inside. He checked the router and reset it, I was getting fast throughput from the 500mb service before anyway and still high up there. The problem is the devices lose connection to the router or the router doesnt supply the data. Anyway been told to leave it for a week. Channel optimization is turned off so static devices shouldnt disconnect.
