Getting the run around from the support number

I placed an order online on August the 5th and I am getting the complete runaround. We sent in the wayleave form to confirm that the address can have the internet run and I called in to customer service to confirm that they have received it and accepted it. Customer service confirmed that they received and accepted it and each day I am told to wait until the end of the day for it to be active in the system and that I will receive a call and it never happens.

We move in on the 26th of August and had an install booked on the 27th and until it is active I cannot get confirmation on this and I am not sure what to do.


Please help!
