Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for posting.
I have taken a look at the account and can see the pre pull is scheduled for today.
Once this has been completed, it would be worth speaking to the Pre Install team on the number provided kindly by @jbrennand. They may be able to arrange for the Install to be bought forward thereafter.
