Gateway ipv4

Hi I’ve just received my Hub3 but the gateway ipv4 is not available why is this and how do I fix it?

did you call and active the hub?, on 0800 953 9500 or via 150 / 0345 454 1111, or this a self-install since could be a fault with the cabling/area etc..
