Gateway IPv4 is not valid

Hi

Our hub is no longer working and double checked with our landlord and our account is all paid upto date and nothing wrong with line according to virgin media

So logged into the hub settings, it works via ether net cable but not wirelessly and these are the messages that appear when run diagnostics IMG_20190623_142420.jpg

Re: Gateway IPv4 is not valid

Odd that it works by wire with Access denied can you post the downstream and upstream stats with T# timeouts counters.

Re: Gateway IPv4 is not valid

In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up [there should be no need to login if you have done so before] click on the “router status” icon at top right OR the text at bottom middle - of first page up (depending on which hub you have) and then copy/paste 3 FULL sets of data onto here – from the downstream, upstream, & network logs Pages. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out.

Your Max Traffic Rate looks wrong.

Re: Gateway IPv4 is not valid

That's what it says when I look at router status

Is there anyway to change it?

No you can't, it's set by the configuration file which is downloaded to the modem by VM. I'd be tempted to factory reset the whole Hub now, press in the little reset button on the back with a paper clip and hold it in for about a minute - the Hub should restart as if you have just got it and re-download the config file and set itself up. They'll be a lot of flashing lights while it does so, wait for the bottom light to stay on a steady white. This will clear any custom settings you may have made, wifi SSID and passwords etc. they will all default back to what is printed on the label on the bottom of the Hub.
