Frequent loss of internet daily and always 2300-0100hrs

Hi, for months now we have had frequent (not always same time) daily loss of internet service both wireless and hard wired (tv is ok) but also total loss of interent between 2300 and 0100hrs every night. Heres the downstream and upstream data. Any ideas? thanks

can you post the network log, since nothing showing a miss with the signal levels.

Hi Symon,

Thanks for getting back to me and passing security. I've now checked your account and can see there is a contention fault in the area but this wouldn't cause disconnections.

All your other stats look healthy, power levels and SNR are stable and can see the hub has been online consistently for over 48 hours since last reboot. 

How has your connection been in that time?

We still have problems with both wifi and wired internet connections dropping out anytime after about 2200hrs (sometimes 2100hrs) almost every day.

Set up a free BQM (only takes 1 minute) - to continually to monitor the state of your connection and any dropouts, 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of all of your network disconnection data.
