It’s flapping so hard I can barely log on before it reboots. I’ll keep trying to grab it.

This is all I can get. It never seems to get more than one channel each way. Also added the log as of 20:45.

Switch the Hub off using the little switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord.

Unplug the Hub Power Supply Unit from the wall socket.

Leave the Hub overnight and try again in the morning.

Sounds like a plan. Can’t imagine it’ll fix it but there’s nothing to lose.

All was switched off overnight.  Seems a little better but still getting drops and speed is 230/20 when it should ideally be 350/35.  I can only see a single upstream channel now whereas before I had 4.  I've given up and booked an engineer to come out and kick the tyres.  We'll see what he says.
