Frequent disconnections on Hub 3

Virgin media support on phone no help at all they wanted me to put the hub back into normal mode , I run it permanently in modem mode

Hi thebigstc,

Thanks for getting in touch, though sorry to hear about the disconnection problems, looking at your Hub stats it looks like your downstream power levels are too low and the likely cause.

I'll drop you a PM so we can arrange for a tech visit to get the levels adjusted.
