So I don't know too much about how ethernet and wifi functions and stuff like that, but I'm pretty sure that my issue is caused because of Virgin. Prior to my actual issue I'll provide some information to help.
On a speed test I'll get >10 ping 600-800mbps download and >1mbps upload
This issue has been occurring since I first got Virgin and has been on and off for months now. I have terrible lag spikes and can barely send messages and etc, (I think messaging might be caused because of the upload speed I'm not sure) and this only occurs during busy hours for other users like weekends, Friday night and etc. I also have Ethernet if that helps.

I am sorry for the issue with your internet.
Can you please tell me how long you have noticed your drop in upload stream? Have you tried testing what the upload speed is on your Ethernet cable? If not can you do this and show me what it is please?
