'Free' Superhub upgrade offered at £5 per month?!

Hi, I've just downloaded the Connect app and, similar to ds02010 in February, I found that the app tells me I am entitled to a free upgrade to Superhub 3 (currently on 2ac) but when I clicked through the order process it told me it would add £5 to my monthly bill and get me to start another 12 month contract!

So, firstly this cannot be right and I hope you can sort it for me to get a free upgrade as promised.

And secondly, even though someone sorted this for ds2010 in Feb as a 'one-off', nobody has yet fixed the app to stop it adding charges to the free upgrade for everyone else?!  Not good.

Any help appreciated,

They charge £5 (one off) for delivery on the new Hub or free if collected - it shouldnt be £5/month!

Getting new equipment does usually start a new contract.
