Forum Team Member Required, Hub 5 Issues, again.

HI, 

After a few quiet days my Hub 5 seems to be having a fit again, my Googling efforts all seem to indicate a cable issue from the street box or a dodgy splitter, they are all NTL installed, is it possible to have the attached log sent to a company expert for their views? Or a Tech visit to check the signal loss issues? I am beginning to think this 1 gig and Hub 5 are unfit for purpose. The log starts below I have highlighted all obvious errors.

As requested please find the BQM below. Sorry it's taken a while to reply but have been busy making changes to boiler controller and fixing issues with it. 

I think the hub may have updated during last night as the logs have reset and have already started adding faults again, also the config file has changed again:-

Hi Matt

These issues have been occurring since the 1gig and Hub 5 was installed on 10/09/22, which you should be aware of since I messaged you directly 3 weeks ago in connection with a previous post "Hub 5 overnight software updates", maybe you didn't receive this as you did not reply?. I also note that the "Check Service Status" reports no issues with broadband locally today as shown below;-

When I posted "Hub 5 overnight software updates" I feel that I clearly conveyed that the reboots were occurring at midnight. your reply to this was "Normally we would release updates at around midnight, which can cause some disconnections. Is it only at midnight this is happening?"
