Flashing red light hub 4

Hi,

My wifi has been dropping all week. For the last 2 days, its been totally off, no landline either, just a flashing red light.

All cables appear fine, I have re-booted, and re-set.

I keep getting conflicting messages about if there's a wider issue.

Any help would be appreciated

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

HI JC2930,

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service and Hub, we will do all we can to help.

The flashing red light indicates there is an issue with the connection to the equipment. Can you please run a check on all cables leading to and from the Hub/socket and make sure they are secure and without damage?

Thanks,

Nat
