I have had the problem for last 2 weeks. Lights on the front alternate between power solid green with flashing green internet light, and flashing green power alone.
Have tried all basic resetting/restarting advice on Virgin Help but not working.
it works normally for a few days and then stops again.I tried to call Virgin twice, spent 40 minutes on the phone and no one answered. there was only information that they are very busy and apologize for delays and someone will be with you soon
I hope that someone here will be able to help, because I am already thinking about breaking the contract. I'm not going to pay for a service that I can't use.
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream
