Flashing lights on hub 3

My WiFi was turned off unexpectedly last night as we were having electrics done. The hub has since turned back on, but I have no Internet connection. 

The arrows are flashing and the power light is a solid green, the power light then starts flashing and the arrows turn off.

I have tried the reset button on the back but it hasn't worked. I logged on online and it said it was update, but this has been like it for a whole night.

Any advice?

Resets can be a bit finickety!

follow this procedure:

Make sure you can read all the default passwords on the base of the Hub before you do this

Unplug all ethernet cables

With the power on and the co-ax connected; press and hold the reset switch with a paperclip or sim removal tool for at least 60 seconds.

Allow 10 minutes to reboot, reset and stabilise
