Was working. Suddenly stopped. Now bottom light flashing green and Wi-Fi light steady on green. Tried check via app, says no prob in my area. Checked all cables, tried reset on back. Can't call until 8am. Help !!!!

I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F006586370
for some faulty equipment in the exchange. This has now been resolved and the connection is looking good from this side.
