Flashing green light

Hub has been flashing green light and constantly changing between flashing green WiFi light, or no WiFi light. We have no internet connection and can’t use it. Pretty disastrous with a 4 month old baby and baby monitor that uses WiFi. We now can not monitor our baby and it’s the middle of the night.

Any ideas of a fix, or could a Virgin media employee please get back to me as soon as possible - we need the WiFi and we need that baby monitor working.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are experiencing loss of broadband service.

 

At the time you posted there was a fault in your area which has since been closed as resolved.

 

The router is now showing as online with devices connected. Is the internet now working ok for you?
