I’ve just installed our hub but the bottom light won’t stop flashing green. The online diagnostics doesn’t tell me there’s a specific problem. Can’t get through to anyone in customer support as a ‘system is down. Please help. Thanks.
It can take hours, mine did when I got the Hub 3, as long as your connection is working fine there’s nothing to worry about. If it’s still doing it after 24 hours, turn off the hub for 30 seconds and let it start up. Sometimes a manual reboot is required to force the update to install.
