Hi, twice today our Internet has gone off (only know this because Alexa stopped twice) The router arrows are flashing green but according to Virgin automated message there isn't a fault in the area. We have checked all the cables and done a reboot etc but still nothing. I need Internet for work so really need to get to the bottom of things before tomorrow if possible so any help would be greatly received. Thanks

Connect to the hub at 192.168.0.1 if you can. What does the hub status show?
Are wired connections working?
