Flashing Green Light

So my broadband has been down for 3 hours now and I have a flashing green light on the base of my superhub 3.0, nothing I have tried has worked and the engineer was due on tuesday, I have since recieved a text from virgin stating that they have put the engineer on hold while they investigate a network issue and they will text me when they know more, I have tried to check service status but this part of the site seems to be down, Why does nothing bloody work!!!

It could just be a local problem and the service page will not help you at all as it only reports issues when 1000’s of users are affected. 


There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. 

 

I am sorry you've been having issues with your broadband. We would have to put any planned engineer visits on hold whilst we investigate the area issue as most of the time the two are linked. 

 

How are thing's today? Has there been any updates on our page since your post?
