Flashing Green Light Hub3 & Solid Green Light (WiFi) Area 15 Issue?

Hi 

I have had problems recently with VM since Saturday, on the Hub3 the wifi light is a solid green & the bottom light is flashing green? the internet is up n down like a yoyo & its very annoying as I can't get anything done, its been doing this all day yesterday & when you check with the service status area, it keeps saying an engineer is looking at the problem but the date keeps getting pushed back?

Hi, I am having the same issues today too our hub has been flabshing green arrows all day.

Hopefully someone from Virgin Media can help.

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to street cab/ postcode level.

The "compensation "timer" can also be started on this number.
