Flashing Arrows

My wifi has stopped working tonight out of the blue.

The arrows are flashing green while the bottom light is solid green. Every now and then it stops and the bottom light flashes green.

I have tried restarting. Cables don't seem loose. Need this sorted. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Re: Flashing Arrows

Phone customer services and report the fault.

Hi joedigitalmedia,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community 🙂

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the WiFi, have you been able to contact the technical team since your post?

Let me know if you're still having problems.

Re: Flashing Arrows

I haven't been able to get in touch using webchat.

The problem is persisting. It comes and goes, but it could be gone for hours at a time. It is currently gone again. Green lights flashing.

Re: Flashing Arrows

Thanks joedigitalmedia,

I've run a health check and can see there is currently a planned outage in your area.

This is due to be resolved by 3pm today, however whilst it's ongoing you may find your services are not working.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing issues after this time frame.

Thanks,

Alex_Rm

Re: Flashing Arrows

Hi Alex

I doubt it's a power outage issue, as I've been experiencing this for 3 days now.

It's still not working tonight. Any ideas?

Re: Flashing Arrows

Hi Steveburnley1,

Sorry about the broadband issues. I've ran a check in your area and there is an SNR issue affecting the service. F007414555 is the fault number. (signal to noise ratio). The estimated fix date and time is tomorrow at 4pm.

Kind regards,
