Firewall blocking VPN

Hello!

For some reason by Virgin internet has decided to block my work’s VPN all of a sudden. My IT team say I need to check my router firewall setting is set to low in order to enable all secure apps and to prevent blocked UDP ports. I also need to check/confirm VPN throttling is disabled for UDP port 500 and UDP port 4500. 

how do I do this?

Either a firmware update caused this or your IP is blocked by your works end.

use modem mode with a PC connected to get the WAN IP then connect by VPN and that will work
