I am sorry the film is not loading.
Can you tell me if you have tried rebooting the TV box? Is the TV connected to the wired connection?

I’ve rebooted the box - no joy. Now it’s not even showing as bought to try and play it. It’s just the buy for £13.99 box that’s showing and we’ve already paid for it.
