VM dont supply boosters anymore - its "Pods".

Call it in as faulty and see if they offer you a free Pod - if not its £5/month for one. Better value to sort it out for yourself with a better solution

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for taking the time to raise your query regarding the issue with your Booster.

Have you been able to speak to the team in regards to this since your post to get this looked into further?
