Fault in CR8 3PN area

Hello, I cannot get any information from Virgin of what the fault in our area is and expected fix time. Does anyone on this forum have access to check? Online status checker says there is no problem. Internet has been down since Saturday 4th Feb 5pm?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for this. They confirm issues in the area but no fix time.

They usually conifrm fix time but am struggling to get this info?

Fix times are only ‘best guess’ and should not be relied on.
