Hi again @Swf 

You can request a second or third by signing in to My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab.

Sign in to My Virgin Media

You can also contact the Care team by dialling 150 from your VM landline.

Thank you do you know if that's would  re news the contrat?    Unfortunately the first WiFi pod re newed my contact
