Hello,
Recently our broadband becomes very unstable. After checking we found out the Nynex external box is broken and it may be the reason the internet signal being unstable.
How could we replace/fix it?
We appreciate all the advice.

I have a similar issue, Virgin want to charge £25 to repair / replace the Omni box. These Nynex boxes are circa 22 years old and it is outrageous that VM should charge the customer for maintenance. They own the equipment. Unbelievably the forum responder suggested that I claimed on my household insurance. Where do they get their training model answer script from?
