Extending cable between isolator and splitter

Hi,

I’m a new customer and need to extend the distance between my wall socket and the VM splitter. How can I get a VM extension cable sent out to me for this please?

I can see the note advised by my colleague here on the forums page for the technician visit.
They have advised that the visit itself will charge £25 on the next bill.
