I have 3 ethernet cables in the back of my Hub3, the only one to be lit up green happens to be the V6 box, none of the other ports are working, if i switch the v6 to another port then that works but again, no other cable is working. Any ideas?
I diagnose a busted HUB. Thats a technical term.
Quickest way to get it replaced is to call in on the usual 150 number.

Sorry to read you are having an issue with the Ethernet ports on the Hub.
Looking at your account, I can see you now have 3 devices connected through Ethernet.
Has anything changed at all? Is it just an issue with the PC not accessing the internet?

I do have 3 things connected to the hub and as far as I am aware the only one that actually has any internet going to it is the v6 box
As for my pc it shows that the cable is connected in the toolbar but webpages timeout, online games don't connect.
Hmmm sounds to me like the Hub thinks it's in modem mode, with just the one active port, when it's not.
Could you try a full pinhole reset and let us know if this helps, failing that we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
