Ethernet ports not working

Just joined

2 ethernet ports on the rear of the hub no longer flash green. The other 2 ports flash and connected devices work properly. I have reset the hub but no joy.

Can you try a pinhole reset, hold the button down for a good 20 seconds. If this doesn't work you need a replacement hub.

Swap the two cables on the working ports with the two cables on the non-working ports.
