sometimes a faulty cable in one port will affect other ports. In my experience of fixing network problems for companies the majority of times when all the ethernet drops out it's either that the router needs a reset or a faulty cable. I would suggest testing the cables and resetting the router
I tried both reset the Router and change the cables. None have worked, I do not have Ethernet working since 16/01/2021. When I call the Call centre it says try online troubleshooting, SMS or the forum. All 3 have referred me back to the call centre. It is so annoying.
I wish someone from Virgin Tech Support can call me to fix the issue!
