Ethernet not Working

Ethernet not been working for one week now, call center not answering.  Tried hard reset mulitple times 10 secs, 60 secs etc...

I am having the same issue for the past 3 / 4 days with my Ethernet ports on my Hub 3

Have you tried using different ethernet cables and looking for loose connections etc?

No.

It's coincidence that all 3 ports have stopped working to different devices

sometimes a faulty cable in one port will affect other ports.
In my experience of fixing network problems for companies the majority of
times when all the ethernet drops out it's either that the router needs a reset
or a faulty cable. I would suggest testing the cables and resetting the router

I can swap out the cables tomorrow.

I have reset the Router twice

I tried both reset the Router and change the cables.  None have worked, I do not have Ethernet working since 16/01/2021.  When I call the Call centre it says try online troubleshooting, SMS or the forum.  All 3 have referred me back to the call centre.  It is so annoying.

I wish someone from Virgin Tech Support can call me to fix the issue!
