Ethernet connection

Dies the 360 box HAVE to have an ethernet connection?

I've connected to WiFi, but it then starts to look for Etherley, giving error cs9996. Everything is connected but I'm assuming a cable fault

Re: Ethernet connection

Box can certainly work on WiFi, but it does need a coax connection.

Re: Ethernet connection

Probably means it is losing the wifi connection. Investigate ways to improve the signal at that location - or better still run an ethernet cable to it.
