Hello,
I can't access my internet. When I log in the Modem, It says "Error Code 2000".
I tried to reach the support line but no ones seems to be available (the line cuts off after a few rings).
Can someone help me here?

That's an error code for Virgin/Bell in Canada and it may relate to a server outage. However error 2000 is kind of a catch all for anything service disrupting.
According to google it could be anything from bad light levels on fibre to a bad password in the modem.0
This is a UK site and don't have the same equipment.
