Over the last few weeks we have had intermittent Wi-Fi. Is there any work going on locally (PR2 - Preston)that would cause this? If not, what would be causing it?

Thank you for reaching back out to us, glad to hear the Technician was able to find the issue and replace the Router, sorry to see you are unable to connect our Connect App to your hub, what error do you get when trying?
