I’ve received my router and ordered this with the self set up kit but have now realised I don’t have a Virgin media wall socket. Is there a way of booking an engineer to fit this? I can’t seem to find anything on this anywhere

If you don't have a co-ax connection point where you want to use your homehub, you will need a manned installation to fit the cabling & connectors.
You can either wait here for staff to respond, or call in on 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) to arrange it.
If you do this within a short time after the installation, you might avoid what would normally be a £99 charge.
