Hi, I bought Virgin Media broadband last year for my new house I bought last year. The property has been undergoing refurbishment so I have not been able to move in to the property fully.
My query is that at the front of the property the Virgin Media cable looks to be loose and unsightly as it's detached from the walls so would cause a trip hazard. I would like for an engineer to come and reroute this cable away from the front of the property please.
