Engineer re-schedule

I need to re-schedule an engineer but no idea how to do it.  The web site sends me in a loop telling me to sign in to do this when I already am and the app allows me to see the scheduled install but fails to load the calendar and tells me to try again later when internet is available when I'm obviously connected.  

 

Anyone else had this issue of know how to contact Virgin?

Try phoning when the lines open at 8am or text on 07533051809.
