Hi - I am having issues contacting anyone at Virgin Media and this is my final attempt after two days and several phone calls, messages and other attempts to contact someone. Workers on our property have cut through the main cable for Virgin as it comes onto our property. Its been patched up but needs replacing. Can someone please help, I'm getting to the point where I want to leave Virgin because the access to help is awful
