EUFY Doorbell connectivity

I have installed a EUFY doorbell and it connects to my home network via Wifi. The Eufy app is on my mobile phone. All works well when I am at home. However, when I am out of the house, like at my workplace, the application on my phone fails to connect to the device at home. There are some material on this on the WWW, like opening ports on the router, which I have tried but cannot get it to work. I have a Hub 3.0 router at home.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or connected a EUFY successfully?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you are having issues connecting to your doorbell remotely, have you had a look on the manufacturers website/ Forums to see if anyone else has had similar issues?
