Why am I getting ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR errors when opening some sites? for example, I would like to download a VPN and I can not open the sites, no matter what VPN provider I choose. Is there a ban on VPNs in the UK or something? Came here for work exchange and I can't connect to certain work related sites. I tried the usual fixes for this when searching this forum/youtube but nothing helps. I know for a fact there is a problem with the provider and not my laptop. Having the same problem on multiple devices.
