When is the broadband issues going to be solved in the Area 22. It is absolutely ridiculous and has been out for nearly a day and a half, with coming in and out. Working from home impossible.
No help from customer service. Please can someone advise please as it’s an absolute joke.

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

I can confirm there is an area outage which is affecting the connection and this is due to last until the 17th September unfortunately.
