I have a problem with my Router being dual band. I have several smart home devices and apparently they will not connect to a dual band router, it needs to be a 2.4ghz one. Does anyone know a fix for this or do I have to get a new router?
Assuming that you're using the Hub 3, you'll have to manually name the separate channels = VM(your numbers)_2.4 and VM(your numbers)_5, and then manually reconnect those devices to the corresponding band.
