Over the last 2 weeks it has become increasingly noticeable on the low speed and losing connection the router. So I done searching on her and have setup a BQM.

I am on the M350 package and usually would reach them speeds with no issues.
I looked at the graph and noticed packet loss. So I checked router and done a ping test on it. 50% packet loss. Packet loss screenshot
Virgin service status is stating everything is fine When it isn’t unfortunately.

In router mode. Nope, no BitTorrent at all. Seems to be the same time roughly every night and I cannot for the life of me work out why.
I also clicked helpful answer by mistake and I don’t know how to remove it.
