Dropouts, slow speed and packet loss

Over the last 2 weeks it has become increasingly noticeable on the low speed and losing connection the router. So I done searching on her and have setup a BQM. 

See live graph here 

I am on the M350 package and usually would reach them speeds with no issues. 

I looked at the graph and noticed packet loss. So I checked router and done a ping test on it. 50% packet loss.

Virgin service status is stating everything is fine When it isn’t unfortunately.

Is this in router mode or modem mode

Do you have bittorrent running?

Some thing looks to be flooding your connection maybe a DDoS or you have a bot doing a DoS

In router mode. Nope, no BitTorrent at all. Seems to be the same time roughly every night and I cannot for the life of me work out why.

Maybe worth calling to see if there are any faults in the area - sometimes the phone number says there are when the web doesn't!

I'll try and dig out the number!
