Download speed is fine, upload speed is slow - posting upstream and downstream logs.

Hey there,

I've been experiencing terrible upload speeds and intermittent connectivity when using video calls which leads to me think that there is something wrong with upload speeds/connectivity. Download speeds are perfectly fine.

Attaching logs in text format:

Hi there,

Thanks for replying - the problem isn't intermittent. The upload speed is just generally poor and I was wondering if that can be seen from the logs shown above?

Your problem is probably related to the Downstream Power levels - they are all above the recommended maximum of +10dBmV. It will need a Tech visit to investigate and get them back into range.

Post up the table with RS error counts and the Network logs .. and also post the link to the "Share Live Graph" of the BQM so we can see the disconnections and what the Logs report about them

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for the reply,

I couldn't find the RS error table but here are the network logs:

Hi there,

I just created one:

whats your upload speed here
https://speedtest.samknows.com/
---------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there,

There is a huge discrepancy between wired connection and wireless connection.

For wired:

Download

384 Mbps

Upload

37.8 Mbps

For Wireless (Right next to the router):

Download

40 Mbps

Upload

17.9 Mbps

So the speed is fine its just Wireless which will be a problem outright with the hubs.

If you need better wifi look at getting your own router with the hub in modem mode also your device could be limiting you.
