Hi

I've noticed for the past few days my Internet speed won't go over 270mbps I am on 650mpbs.

Today it keeps going down an the speed tests was reaching about 40mbps

So I done a test on virgin meadia site an it told me I need a technician so I have one booked for tomorrow.. Yet I have scoured the Internet an found to press the reset pinhole for 60 seconds, it seems to have stabalised the connection but the speeds still won't go over 270mbps I'm used to getting 550-650mbps for past 2 years it's been good till now, have I been capped by mistake? Or is the hub on its way out?

The engineer will check everything for you tomorrow but might be worth setting up a BQM today to help monitor things over time https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
