Dont have a wall socket

I have been sent a self start kit but as the previous owners also didn't have Virgin media there is no wall socket so I cant set up my router.

They only send quickstart packs to addresses that have had a working VM connection previously.

Is there an external brown/white omnibox fitted to your outside wall? If so trace where the cable coming out of it enters the property and see whats on the inside wall at that point.

If not... a previous occupant may have removed everything - and so you will need to call in an arrange for a Tech visit to install it

No the old owner removed it before we moved in
