Hello All,
I've got a thread in the gaming section but I'm hoping it's OK to post in here too as it seems to be more active. Can anyone take a look at my BQM and tell me if you think it's showing signs of a fault, or over utilisation?

I've had three engineers out. The first two told me my connection is fine. The third suspects the cable from the box is bad (failed a megaohmeter isolation test) its getting replaced tomorrow. I'm hoping it will fix it, but I cant help but think if the cable was causing issues, the problem would be consistent throughout the day. My BQM ping and packet loss kicks in during peak hours which to me suggests overutilisation. Would you agree?

If you know your connection was idle yes to over utilisation.
