Hi,
I have upgraded my broadband to 1Gbps two days ago. Since I connected Hub 4 I can't play online. Every couple of minutes I am disconnecting from game servers. This is not first time I have problem with Virgin Broadband, so lets just skip part when you are trying to blame me, my software, hardware or global warming.
It is a WIRED connection using good quality of ethernet cable. Again - I didn't have this problem with Super Hub 3.

"Request timed out" 4 times in less than 4 minutes.

I am using modem mode all the time with router NETGEAR Dual-Band RAX40 Nighthawk AX4 WiFi. But I also tried to use only hub4 itself with all other devices disconnected. Did not help.

I have been able to locate your account and cannot see any issues that would be causing this at the moment. Are you still having the same issues at the moment?
